In today’s working environment there are many ways to ensure you have the right skills, knowledge and experience to get the job done.

If you have been working in a Government role for many years but don’t have a qualification you may be able to access Recognition of Prior Learning to attain a qualification. This process also provides an opportunity to fill in any development gaps you may have with an individualised learning program that may focus around options such as workplace tasks, seeking new workplace experiences, doing short courses or undertaking formal accredited training
