Australian Institute of Project Management

What is the AIPM?
The AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Management) is a professional body representing Project Managers in Australia.

AIPM Accredited Courses
Bayleys offer project management courses that have received formal endorsement by the Australian Institute of Project Management.

AIPM professional certification program
AIPM's accreditation program is called RegPM (Registered Project Manager). As RegPM is a professional recognition, AIPM certifications require evidence of significant practical on the job experience as a project practitioner, project manager or project director, as well as the achievement of underpinning knowledge requirements.  The AIPM certification levels and their corresponding AQF qualifications for required underpinning knowledge are:
 • Certified Practising Project Practitioner (Cert IV in Project Management)
 • Certified Practising Project Manager (Diploma of Project Management)
 • Certified Practising Project Director (Advanced Diploma of Project Management)

Candidates for AIPM certification must be able to demonstrate both knowledge (by either an AQF qualification or experience) and practical experience in the relevant role.  We can can assist you to gain the necessary underpinning knowledge with our courses in project management that are both accredited and AIPM endorsed.

The Bayley team has a number of AIPM assessors who can assist candidates to achieve professional recognition from the AIPM.  Visit the AIPM website www.aipm.com.au External link.
